Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer fast and free shipping on all US orders. Orders within the contiguous U.S. typically arrive 1- 4 business days after shipping.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary based on the destination country but typically are 7-14 days.
Please allow up to 48 hrs processing times for all orders before shipment.

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.

International Orders:
We offer international shipping to select countries for a flat rate of $80 USD. Please note that all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We are unable to estimate or refund these fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you experience issues with tracking or delays, please contact our customer service team at info@nourishandflourish.com.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to certain remote regions/countries.

Damaged or Lost Package
If you believe your order has been damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

For international shipments, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nourish & Flourish is not responsible for packages that are delayed or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
